Coconut beach is a retreat away from everything where you lead a simple life; no hot water, no electricity except for between 18.00 and 22.00, etc. It s as far as you can get from the pier and the road is partly really bad. If you can live with this and loves really good Thai food, friendly and personal atmosphere, relaxed beach life and beautiful scenery this is the place! This was our 3rd time...

Wonderful staff! Wonderful rooms! Great location! My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was great! The rooms are super clean and very nice. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The hotel offers free wifi in the lobby/chillout/restaurant area. It is very cozy and the food is delicious and quite cheap. The beach bar is awesome. The cocktails were superb and the ambiance is amazing. The beach is not good for swimming since it is very shallow, but it is still very pretty. The location of these bungalows is great. Thongsala and Ban Tai are very close, and Haad Rin is only 20 min away by taxi. Will come back here again!!!

This little hotel was wonderful. We arrived late at night and they greeted us with such hospitality. We couldnt have asked for a more picturesque setting. The food was lovely and extremely well priced. It was close enough to Tongsala and Haad Rin that we rented a scooter for the day and travelled. We definitely will be back and will most certainly stay here again.

Basic bungalows, not the cleanest. Good location if you are looking for a pretty beach and relaxation. Easy to get a taxi back from Haad Rin after Full Moon - 200 baht. Staff friendly but not very efficient. Food good but slow to come.

I consider my wife and I to be very adaptable travellers, BUT Coconut Beach Bungalows were stinky, disappointing service, mediocre food at the restaurant. The owner refused to get up from laying down and instead barked out orders to her staff! And she tried to charge more for our room that we had already paid for online. There was no free pick up as advertised, and there was only electricity during the night time. A total disappointment.

Lovely family run bungalow resort on what we though was the nicest beach on the island. Great snorkeling with coral reef close to the beach and very peaceful during the day - no constant music! Very mellow night life with good food, nice music, games available and even movies on DVD if you want. Staff will arrange taxis to nearby towns if more nightlife needed!While isolated, easy to get around on a scooter which you d probably want wherever you stayed

When we came they didn t expect us (they did not note our reservation) Our room was given away.The next day we became our beachroom. Very basic.They do not clean the room, you have to ask for fresh towels and sheets. The hotel is out-of-the-way, when you like to visit an other place you need a scooter.You can hire a scooter at the hotel. Not the European standard of basic.

Nice bungalows and terrace, but - no pick-up (although written in the description) - no internet access (although written in the description) - only few, broken and dirty snorkeling equipment (although written in the description) - no housekeeping!!! Moreover we had a waiter who was most of the time stoned and annoying. Only the cook was very friendly, however the food was expensive for its qualitiy. Last but not least we had cold and windy weather and the beach was flooded. That s why we had to rent a car to go to the south. Taxi prices are incredible high. We will come back because we like Koh Phangan, but we will book something in the south and no more coconut beach bungalows!!!

Welcome to Coconut Beach & Garden Bungalows, a family run Resort on the north of Koh Phangan. Experience Thai hospitality and friendliness at its best. A genuine, secluded Paradise, the ideal place for a relaxing, peaceful holiday away from the crowds.
Haad Khom Beach is one of the top spots on Koh Phangan for safe swimming, snorkeling, diving, fishing or just to chill out at the beach, the Bar or the Restaurant.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The Bungalows Most of our spacious bungalows are newly build. All with private, western style toilet & shower, double or twin beds and balcony, fan, mosquito net, private shower & toilet, mosquito proof room. In some bungalows we can provide an extra bed.

- All our bungalows have fan but No A/C.
- All our bungalows have water but no hot water at the moment.

Friendly, relaxed restaurant overlooking the beach, serving Western dishes or traditional Thai food, where each meal is freshly prepared to order.
SERVICES & FACILITIES
- Laundry Service: We will wash your laundry for a small charge.
- Motorbike Rental: Rent one of our bikes to explore the island at competitive rates.
- Travel Service: We can provide you with all the usual Travel Agency facilities.
- Snorkeling Equipment: Free snorkeling equipment and / or canoe for our residents.
- Traditional Thai Massage: We can arrange for Traditional Thai Massage.
